Comfortable clothing in the salt room is recommended. Please wear or bring socks as shoes are not allowed in the salt room. If you are using the salt booth for skin issues, you should have that area free of clothing so that the salt can penetrate the skin.
You may disrobe to your comfort level in the sauna, many people prefer to remove all their clothes, while others wear a swimsuit. The room is completely private with a locking door. We also provide towels and robes if you would like to take a quick shower afterwards. We do recommend bringing your own shower shoes.
Red light is absorbed through the skin, so it is recommended that you remove clothing anywhere you want the light to penetrate. Our device is a large full body panel and is most beneficial to have contact with as much surface area as possible to gain the benefits for whole body health.

Salt therapy has no adverse side effects and is one of the safest therapies out there!
The sauna may leave you with an elevated body temperature after leaving the sauna for several minutes and possibly up to an hour. You may also feel an increase in thirst and it is recommended to drink lots of water with electrolytes both before and after the sauna. Please speak with us if you are new to sauna use.
Red light has a warming effect on the skin and could cause a mild burn if you are pressing your skin directly to the red light. Those with tattoos may also experience blistering if exposed too closely to the red light for an extended period of time. Please speak with us before your session if you're new to red light use.

No! The salt is ground into such fine particles, you will hardly even see it in the air. You may notice a film on your skin or clothes, but it will brush right off.
-
Yes! Dry salt therapy is very safe and has no adverse effects. It can be very good for a child's immune system.
Red light is also beneficial in many ways, we just ask that a parent or guardian be present with the child.
Sauna is not recommended for young children.

If you have any pre-existing health conditions, please check with your doctor prior to using any of our services. If you have any open wounds, we recommend waiting until your wound is closed to use salt therapy or the sauna. Red light may help aid in the healing process, but please contact us before making your appointment so we can determine if this is the best treatment for you.
Infrared sauna is not recommended for pregnant women, children under 12, those with a current fever, an intolerance to heat, hemophiliacs, and anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
